What we collect
When you upload photos or videos through this platform, we collect the files you submit, your name (as you enter it), and basic technical information such as file type and size. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or any account information from guests.
How your photos are used
Uploaded photos and videos are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage and are associated with the wedding event you uploaded to. They are reviewed by our team and, if selected, shared privately with the couple through their password-protected gallery. Your files are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
How long we keep your files
Files are retained for as long as the wedding couple's gallery is active, typically up to one year after the wedding date unless the couple or Silverback Tech Repairs requests earlier deletion.
Your rights
If you would like your uploaded photos or videos removed, please contact us at bertoj0320@gmail.com with the wedding name and a description of your upload, and we will delete it promptly.
Cookies
This site uses a single secure session cookie for admin authentication only. Guest upload pages do not set any cookies or use tracking pixels.
